Timothy “Alan” Ingram is highly experienced licensed psychologist with over 30-years of clinical work. Within the field of forensic psychology his experience includes, staff psychologist within the Federal Bureau of Prisons (consultation with US Federal Marshall Service, Witness Protection Program, US Parole Commission, inmate medical staff, and inmate substance abuse program), and private practice (family and criminal law assessments and testimony). Dr. Ingram was formerly the head of the Traumatic Brain Injury Program at the Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic. Current practice focus: forensic psychology and limited non-forensic adult evidence-based therapies.

Timothy “Alan” Ingram was born in Muncie, Indiana. He is a graduate of Olivet Nazarene University, George Williams College, and the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. Dr. Ingram has earned degrees in Religion (BA), Master of Social Work (MSW, and ACSW), and Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) specializing in Clinical Psychology, with a focus in neuropsychology. He is a licensed psychologist in Texas.​

He has also served as the Regional Director of Psychological Services for Iraq and Afghanistan, US State Department, Defense Contractor, DynCorp International, 2005- 2007.
